Book an appointment

Being seen is simple

No app to download, no long forms to fill. Send us a WhatsApp message, give us a call, or simply walk in during clinic hours — whichever suits you best.

Ways to book

Three ways to get an appointment

The quickest is a WhatsApp message — but you're always welcome to call or come in person.

Message on WhatsApp

Send your name and a preferred time. We'll reply with a confirmed slot — or let you know it's quiet enough to simply come in.

Call the clinic

Prefer to speak to someone? Ring us during clinic hours and we'll find a time that works around your day.

Walk in during hours

Come during either session and we'll see you in turn. For a chronic-care review, a quick message ahead helps us keep your file ready.

Session timings

When you can be seen

The clinic runs a morning and an evening session, six days a week — so there's a comfortable time to be seen whether you're heading to work or coming home. Sunday visits are by prior appointment.

If you're unwell and unsure when to come, just message us. We'll suggest the quietest time or hold a slot for you.

Before your visit

What to bring with you

A few things help the doctor pick up exactly where your care left off — but don't worry if you don't have them all. Come as you are; we'll take it from there.

  • Any past prescriptions or a list of the medicines you take
  • Recent test reports or scans, if you have them
  • Your child's vaccination record, for a paediatric visit
  • Notes on your symptoms — when they started and what helps

Your first visit

A warm welcome, an unhurried conversation, and a clear plan you actually understand — that's what a first appointment here looks like.

We get to know you

The first visit starts with a proper conversation — your history, your family, and what's brought you in — so your care is built around you from day one.

An unhurried examination

Dr. Kapoor takes the time to listen and examine carefully, explaining what's going on in plain language as you go.

A clear plan to follow

You leave with a plan you understand — any medicines explained, next steps clear, and the same doctor to return to whenever you need.

Ready when you are.

Message the clinic on WhatsApp to book your appointment, or ask about a symptom or today's timings — we'll help.
