A little help between visits

Simple, practical guidance for the everyday questions families ask — from keeping chronic conditions steady to knowing when it's time to come in.

Everyday guidance

Staying well, day to day

General guidance to help between appointments. It never replaces a consultation — when in doubt, message us and come in.

Managing chronic conditions

For diabetes, blood pressure or thyroid: take medicines at the same time each day, keep a simple record of your readings, and don't stop or change a dose without asking. Bring your numbers to every review.

Vaccination schedules

Childhood immunisations follow an age-based schedule, and adults benefit from boosters and seasonal vaccines too. Keep your child's vaccination card safe and bring it in — we'll help you stay on track.

Preventive check-ups

A routine check-up while you're well is the best way to catch small issues early. For most healthy adults an annual review is a sensible rhythm — sooner if you have an ongoing condition.

Common questions

Frequently asked

The things families most often want to know before they visit. Can't see your question? Just message us on WhatsApp.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Both work. You're welcome to walk in during either session and we'll see you in turn. For a chronic-care review, a quick WhatsApp message ahead helps us keep your file ready and reduce your wait.

What are the clinic timings?

Monday to Saturday there's a morning session (9:00 AM – 1:30 PM) and an evening session (5:00 PM – 8:30 PM). Sundays are by prior appointment. If you're unsure when to come, message us and we'll suggest the quietest time.

Does Dr. Kapoor see children as well as adults?

Yes. This is a family clinic for all ages — children, working adults and grandparents alike. That includes common childhood illnesses, growth and wellness visits, and the child side of the vaccination schedule.

What should I bring to my visit?

If you have them, bring past prescriptions or a list of your current medicines, any recent test reports, and — for a child — their vaccination record. Don't worry if you don't have everything; come as you are and we'll take it from there.

Can I get a repeat prescription for my regular medicines?

For ongoing conditions, Dr. Kapoor prefers to review you regularly rather than repeat a prescription unseen — it's how we keep your treatment safe and up to date. Message us and we'll arrange a convenient review.

How do I book on WhatsApp?

Send us your name and a preferred time on WhatsApp. We'll reply with a confirmed slot — or let you know it's quiet enough to simply come in. See the appointments page for all the ways to book.

The guidance on this page is general and for information only — it isn't a substitute for a consultation. If you feel unwell or something worries you, please message the clinic or come in to be seen.
